Job Summary:
Responsible for designing, implementing, and continuously improving the Bank’s portfolio management framework, methodologies, and standards, ensuring consistency, governance, and strategic alignment across all projects.
Key Duties & Responsibilities:
Develop and maintain enterprise portfolio management processes
Manage project pipeline, demand intake, and prioritization frameworks
Facilitate portfolio review sessions and governance forums
Define and maintain project management methodologies (waterfall, agile, hybrid)
Develop standardized templates, tools, and documentation frameworks
Ensure alignment with international standards (PMI, PRINCE2, where applicable)
Ensure all projects adhere to defined governance structures and stage gates
Support compliance with internal audit and regulatory expectations
Maintain documentation for governance traceability
Support enterprise-level resource planning and capacity analysis
Identify resource constraints and recommend optimization strategies
Maintain documentation and frameworks
Perform other duties as assigned
Bachelor’s Degree/Master’s Degree in the Business area/ Project Management, or related field.
With 6/8 years of financial institutions experience, of which 2 years were in project/program or PMO roles
