With its new Lemi plant completed in September 2024, the company now covers more than 50% of Ethiopia’s cement demand. The joint venture has committed to a USD 2.2 billion phased investment to expand operations and strengthen Ethiopia’s industrial capacity.
Available Positions
1️⃣ DCS Engineer
Qualification: B.Sc. in Electrical Engineering, Electronics & Instrumentation Engineering, Automation & Control Engineering, or Mechatronics Engineering Experience: Minimum 2 years, preferably in DCS within continuous process industries (cement, power, steel) Competencies: Process control & optimization, system maintenance & reliability, safety & interlocking Duty Station: Lemi Town, Amhara Region Salary: Company Scale
2️⃣ Equipment Administrator
Qualification: B.Sc./B.A. in Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, IT (with heavy industrial experience), or Level IV/Advanced Diploma in Mechanical Technology/Industrial fields Experience: 4–5 years in asset management, maintenance planning, technical documentation, or warehouse/stores administration Competencies: Asset registry, technical documentation, lifecycle tracking, compliance management, CMMS/data integrity; familiarity with CAD (AutoCAD/SolidWorks) preferred Duty Station: Lemi Town, Amhara Region Salary: Company Scale
