About the Role
MicroLink Information Technology College is seeking Lab Attendants to support the management and operation of its computer labs. The role requires punctuality, responsibility, and technical knowledge to ensure smooth lab operations and a conducive learning environment.
Key Responsibilities
Manage computer labs according to IT Services schedules. Maintain proper arrangement of computer towers, projectors, keyboards, cameras, and chairs. Ensure punctual attendance and adherence to assigned duty schedules. Provide basic troubleshooting for computers, LAN/WLAN networks, and Microsoft Office Suite. Support students and staff in lab usage and maintain equipment functionality.
Qualifications & Requirements
Field of study: Information Technology (Level IV completed) . Basic knowledge of computer troubleshooting, Microsoft Office, LAN/WLAN networks. Strong organizational and communication skills. Ability to work on a shift basis. Female applicants are highly encouraged to apply.
