1. IT Business Analyst
Location: Addis Ababa, Ethiopia
Qualifications and Experience
Degree in Science, Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or a related field. At least 2 years of broad technical experience covering areas such as databases, applications, infrastructure, cloud, software development, enterprise architecture, solutions architecture, and system design. Professional experience in business analysis is preferred, including CBAP or IIBA-related qualifications. Experience with software development lifecycle methodologies, including Agile, SAFe, Scrum, and Waterfall, is preferred. Methodical approach with experience designing and delivering complex technical roadmaps. Understanding of working with third-party suppliers. Strong business acumen and commercial mindset. Ability to influence stakeholders and promote effective delivery practices. Ability to drive initiatives without formal authority in an ambiguous environment. Ability to guide and teach others on architecture principles. Working knowledge of telecommunications domains, including VAS, Charging, CRM, and Digital Services.
2. Digital & Financial Services Audit Manager
Location: Addis Ababa, Ethiopia
Qualifications
Upper second-class degree in Technology, Business, or a related field from a recognized university. Professional qualifications such as CIA, CISA, CPA, ACCA, CRISC, or equivalent are strongly preferred. CIDA is listed as a desired qualification.
Eligibility Criteria

Qualifications and Experience
Bachelor’s Degree in Electrical Engineering, Telecommunications, or a related field. At least 7 years of project or program management experience. PMP certification or a similar qualification is an advantage. Experience in telecommunications rollout or related technology infrastructure projects. Experience with telecom network and power solutions. In-depth understanding of telecommunications power and network components. Knowledge of power and telecommunications infrastructure connection procedures, permits, and integration. Familiarity with electrical safety codes applicable to telecommunications site deployments. Proficiency in Excel, Power BI, or similar tools for reporting, data visualization, and performance analysis. Strong leadership skills and ability to manage cross-functional teams, including engineers, vendors, and contractors.
