Kuriftu Resorts & Spa Vacancy 2026

Boston Partners PLC / Kuriftu Resorts is looking for a professional, customer-focused, and well-presented Receptionist to join our team at Boston Day Spa.

This structured management development program provides comprehensive classroom and on-the-job training, preparing participants for future leadership roles across our resorts and hospitality businesses throughout Ethiopia. Upon successful completion of the program, trainees will be assigned to one of our resort locations based on business needs.

Position: Receptionist

Qualifications:

• Diploma or Degree in Hospitality, Tourism, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Previous experience in reception, customer service, hospitality, or spa operations is preferred.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Good command of English; knowledge of additional languages is an advantage.
• Basic computer and POS skills.
• Professional appearance and strong customer-service orientation.
• Ability to work shifts, weekends, and public holidays as required.
