Position 1: Camera Technician
Education
- BA Degree, Diploma/Certificate in Multimedia, Photography, or a related field.
Main Role of the Job holder
- Install and configure cameras and camera systems.
Relevant Experience
- Minimum 1 Year relevant experience
Required Skill
- Knowledge of cameras, lenses, lighting, and video equipment.

Position 2: Motorist
Education
- Minimum of 10th /12th Grade complete Valid Ethiopian driving license Grade 3 for light vehicles, or specific motorcycle licenses for two-wheeled motorist roles
Main Role of the Job holder
- Drive company vehicles safely and responsibly
Relevant Experience
- Minimum 2 Years relevant experience
Required Skill
- -Good driving and road-safety skills

Position 3: Coffee Processing Machine Operators
Education
- BSc Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Level III and above in General Mechanics or in any related field of study

- Operate and monitor Coffee processing Machinery

- Minimum 2 Years relevant experience
Required Skill
- Basic knowledge of Coffee processing.

Position 4: Cupper
Education
- BSc Degree in Plant science or in Agronomy /in Horticulture/ Training Certificate in Cupping & Coffee roasting or in any related field of study
Main Role of the Job holder
- Identifying defects and quality problems, comparing coffees and assigning quality scores

- Minimum 2 Years relevant experience &
Required Skill
- Coffee testing and cupping techniques

Position 5: Senior Labor Marketing Officer
Education
- BA Degree in Business Management/Human Resource Management or in any related field of study
Main Role of the Job holder
- Collecting, analyzing, and reporting labor market information to support employment programs, workforce planning, and organizational decision-making.
Relevant Experience
- Minimum 4 Years relevant experience Specially in labor market analysis, employment services, human resources, research, workforce development
Required Skill
- Knowledge of labor market trends and employment practices.
- Strong analytical and research skills.
- Strong Communication skill
