Role description
Boston Partners PLC is pleased to announce the Kuriftu Trainee Manager Program, designed for ambitious and talented fresh graduates who aspire to build a successful career in the hospitality industry.
This structured management development program provides comprehensive classroom and on-the-job training, preparing participants for future leadership roles across our resorts and hospitality businesses throughout Ethiopia. Upon successful completion of the program, trainees will be assigned to one of our resort locations based on business needs.
Position: Kuriftu Trainee Manager Program
We are inviting applications from fresh graduates in the following fields:
Hotel and tourism management – 25
Finance and accounting – 16
Business or human resource management – 9
Applicants must:
- Hold a Bachelor’s Degree from a recognized university or college.
- Have successfully passed the National Exit Examination.
- Have a minimum CGPA of 3.00.
- Have an Exit Exam score of 65% or above.
- Demonstrate a strong interest in building a career in the hospitality industry.
- Be willing to work at any of our resorts and hospitality businesses across Ethiopia.
