Qualification:
BSc in Mechanical, Industrial, or Electrical Engineering.
Experience:
Not required (0 years) – Fresh Graduates are encouraged to apply.
Special Skills:
Good skill in AutoCAD. Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and Amharic. Excellent selling skills.

Duty Station: Addis Ababa
Position 2: Sales & Marketing Department Manager
Qualification:
Degree or Diploma in Marketing Management.
Required Competencies:
Ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple assignments simultaneously. Superior oral and written communication skills. Refined ability to think strategically and creatively. Excellent analytical and qualitative skills coupled with sound judgment. Demonstrated leadership skills with strong managerial or supervisory ability. Ability to prepare reports and defend recommendations. Client orientation: considers all those to whom service is provided as "clients" and seeks to see things from the client's point of view. Ability to identify client needs and match them with appropriate solutions. Customer handling and sales experience with excellent negotiation skills and tact.
Experience:
Must have 3 years of work experience, with at least 2 years of progressively responsible supervisory or managerial experience.

Good command of MS Office applications.
