Work Location: All Abay Bank branches Required Qualification: BA degree in Management, Economics, Accounting, Accounting and Finance, Marketing, Banking and Finance, Business Administration, Business Management, Public Administration, Development Management, or a related field Work Experience: No prior work experience required Eligible Graduation Years: 2024, 2025, or 2026 G.C. Additional Requirement: Must have passed the national exit examination Minimum CGPA: 2.75 for female applicants and 3.00 for male applicants Age Requirement: Below 30 years Salary: As per the bank’s salary scale

2. Security Guard / Escort
Work Location: Abay Bank Head Office, Addis Ababa, with frequent field assignments; and Bahir Dar District, Bahir Dar Required Qualification: Completion of the former Grade 12 or the new Grade 10 Work Experience: At least 6 years of service in the military or police force Age Requirement: Not older than 40 years
Additional Requirements
Official proof of honorable discharge from military or police service. No criminal record and good conduct. Physical fitness and good health. Completion of police or military training. Adequate knowledge of firearm use and handling. No dismissal from police or military service for disciplinary reasons. No form of addiction.
3. Branch Manager – Grade 1
Work Location: Haji Aliyu Branch and Bale Robe Branches, under Hawassa District Required Qualification: BA degree in Management, Economics, Accounting and Finance, Marketing, Banking and Finance, Business Administration, or another business-related field Work Experience: At least 6 years of experience in banking operations, including 2 years in a supervisory position
4. Manager – Interest-Free Banking (IFB)
Work Location: Adama District Office Required Qualification: MA or BA degree in Management, Accounting, Finance, Economics, Business Administration, or a related field Work Experience: At least 8 years of banking operations experience for MA holders or 10 years for BA holders, including senior-level Interest-Free Banking experience Salary: As per the bank’s salary scale
