Role description

Kerchanshe Trading P.L.C is the largest producer and exporter of coffee in Ethiopia, It has a proud history of providing quality coffees to the local and international markets.  Currently our company needs a dedicated and motivated candidate.

Kerchanshe specializes in coffees sourced from Yirgacheffe, Lekempti, Gimbi, Djimma, and Sidamo, names that epitomise fine Arabica coffee. Since its inception 15 years ago, Kerchanshe has established a track record of fair trading and excellent customer service, and now employs over 1,250 permanent staff and 10,000 seasonal staff.

Position 1: Junior Machine Operator

Required Qualification and Experience

Education: BSc Degree or Diploma in Electrical Engineering, Electro-Mechanical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field.

Experience: 0–2 years of experience in machine operation or a manufacturing environment. Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.

Skills:

  • Basic knowledge of machine operation and production processes.
  • Ability to follow instructions and work effectively as part of a team.
  • Good attention to detail and willingness to learn.
  • Basic problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work shifts when required.

Position 2: Sales Representative (Geely Vehicles and Eka Buses/Trucks & Three Wheelers)

Required Qualification and Experience

Education: MSc, MBA, or Bachelor’s Degree in Automotive Technology, Mechanical Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field.

Experience:

  • Minimum of 5–7 years of experience in automotive sales or high-value product sales within a dealership company.
  • Experience in fleet, corporate, or institutional sales is an added advantage.
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.

Required Skills & Competencies

Technical Competencies:

  • Strong understanding of automotive products and sales processes.
  • Ability to explain technical vehicle features in a customer-friendly manner.
  • Proficiency in CRM systems and Microsoft Office applications.

Position 3: Senior Performance and Learning Expert( Urgent)

Education:

  • BA or MA Degree in Human Resource Management/Business Administration/Management/ Public Administration Development Management or related fields.

Experience:

  • 5 years of relevant experience

Skills:

  • Knowledge of employment and labor laws and regulations.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Experience with interpreting performance data and statistics.
  • Excellent knowledge of employment legislation.
  • Excellent training and Coaching Skills.
  • Computer literacy, proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel
  • Time management skills.

Position 4: Property Administration Manager

Education:-

  • BA in Property Administration, Management, Logistics or Mechanical Engineering (advantage)

Experience :-

  • 6-8 years relevant experience

Skills:

– Asset management

– Facility management

– Technical (mechanical systems) knowledge

– Communication and leadership skills

– Vendor management and reporting.
