Our Company Kaliti Food S.C (KFSC) has been in the Manufacturing industry for nearly a century (since 1938), taking its position as a pioneer and introducing food industrialization in Ethiopia. KFSC is a producer of various wheat-based products, operating on one of the largest food processing sites in Ethiopia. Position 1: Assistant Store Keeper

Key Requirements & Qualifications

• Education: A Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Experience: 1–3 years of experience in warehouse administration, inventory control, or logistics, preferably within a manufacturing or industrial setting.
• Technical Skills: Proficiency in using ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle, Microsoft Dynamics) and standard office software like Excel.
• Physical Ability: Ability to lift heavy objects and perform the physical demands of loading/unloading goods. [
• Soft Skills: Strong attention to detail, excellent organizational abilities, and strong communication skills to coordinate between procurement, finance, and production teams.

Position 2: Cashier Accountant

Qualifications & Experience

• Education: BA Degree or Diploma in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• Experience: Minimum of 2 years of proven experience as a Cashier, Cashier Accountant, within a manufacturing sector.
• Technical Skills: Proficiency in accounting software (ERP systems) and Microsoft Excel. Thorough understanding of basic bookkeeping and internal control practices.
• Attributes: High level of integrity, meticulous attention to detail, and a strong sense of accountability.

Position 3: Head of Human Resource Services.

Qualification and Experience

• Bachelor’s degree from a recognized university or college in Management, Business Administration, Human Resource Management, or Public Administration.
• Five (5) years of relevant experience, of which at least one (1) year must be in a supervisory or senior position.

Position 4: HR Officer

HR Officer Requirements:

• BA Degree in Management & other related filed.
• Minimum 4 years of relevant experience in Human Resources.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Protecting the interests of all employees.
• Personnel Management, negotiating, and change management.
• Working conditions are normal for an office environment.

Position 5: Operations Manager

Qualifications and Experience

• Education: Masters or Bachelor’s Degree in Food Science, or Food Engineering (Master’s preferred).
• Experience: Minimum of 10 years in food manufacturing, with at least 5 years in a leadership or managerial role.
• Knowledge:
  • Strong understanding of food safety standards (HACCP, ISO 22000, GMP).
  • Proven experience in process optimization, cost reduction, and productivity improvement.
  • Familiarity with ERP systems (preferably Microsoft Dynamics NAV) and data-driven decision-making.

About You

• License: Valid Driving (ህዝብ 2) license.
• Experience: Minimum 4 years driving experience in Addis Ababa.
