Associate Branch Sales and Customer Service Officer (Fresh Graduate)
Oromia Bank S.C. invites qualified fresh graduates to apply for the position of Associate Branch Sales and Customer Service Officer.
General Requirements
- Education: BA degree in Accounting, Accounting & Finance, Management, Business Management, Marketing Management, Economics, Banking & Finance, Entrepreneurship/Marketing, Investment Management, Cooperative Accounting and Auditing, Cooperative Business Management, Public Administration, or Business Management.
- Experience: Not required.
- Cumulative GPA: 3.5 and above for male applicants and 3.25 and above for female applicants.
- Graduation year: Only graduates of 2026 shall apply.
- Age: Must be below 30 years (inclusive).
Place of Work & Language Requirements
1. Oromia Region – East and West Hararghe Zones
- Proficiency in Afaan Oromo, Amharic, and English is mandatory.
2. Dire Dawa City Administration
- Proficiency in Amharic, Af-Somali, and English is mandatory.
3. Harari Region
- Proficiency in Amharic is mandatory.
- Skill in English and other locally spoken languages is preferable.
4. Somali Region
- Proficiency in Amharic and Somali is mandatory.
- Skill in English and other locally spoken languages is preferable.
