Position: Retail Sales – Addis Ababa
Qualifications
BA or Diploma in Marketing, Business Administration, Sales Management, or related fields. 0–1 year of relevant experience (internships or university fieldwork in sales/marketing advantageous). Passion for sales and willingness to learn FMCG and distribution industry.
Required Skills
Basic knowledge of sales principles and customer service. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Willingness to travel frequently within assigned regions. Basic computer skills (MS Word, Excel). Fluency in Amharic; working knowledge of English. High motivation to grow into a sales career path.
