Kerchanshe Trading Company is seeking qualified and motivated candidates to fill the following positions:

Position 1: Junior Machine Operator

Educational Qualification & Experience

• BSc Degree or Diploma in Electrical Engineering, Electromechanical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related discipline.
• 0–2 years of experience in machine operation, manufacturing, or a similar industrial environment.
• Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.

Required Skills & Competencies

• Basic understanding of machine operations and manufacturing processes.
• Ability to follow instructions accurately and work effectively within a team.
• Strong attention to detail and eagerness to learn new skills.
• Basic troubleshooting and problem-solving abilities.
• Willingness to work in shifts when required.

Position 2: Sales Representative (Geely Vehicles, EKA Buses, Trucks, and Three-Wheelers)

Educational Qualification & Experience

• Master’s Degree (MSc/MBA) or Bachelor’s Degree in Automotive Technology, Mechanical Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5–7 years of experience in automotive sales or high-value product sales within a dealership environment.
• Experience in fleet, corporate, or institutional sales is considered an advantage.
• Demonstrated success in achieving or exceeding sales targets.

Technical Competencies

• Strong knowledge of automotive products, vehicle specifications, and sales procedures.
• Ability to explain technical vehicle features and benefits clearly to customers.
• Proficiency in Customer Relationship Management (CRM) systems and Microsoft Office applications.

Behavioral Competencies

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong negotiation, persuasion, and closing skills.
• Customer-oriented with a strong commitment to service excellence.
