Position: Junior General Services Officer

Qualifications & Experience

  • Bachelor’s degree in Administration, Logistics & Supply Chain, Facilities Management, Engineering, or related fields
  • Minimum of 2 years of relevant experience in general services, facilities, or administration
  • Strong knowledge of fleet management, facility operations, and service contracts
  • Good leadership, coordination, and communication skills

Job Purpose

The Junior General Services Officer is responsible for coordinating and overseeing all general service activities to ensure an efficient, safe, and cost-effective working environment. This includes managing security, fleet operations, facility maintenance, utilities, property services, canteen operations, liaison duties, and procurement of general services.
