Qualifications & Experience
- Bachelor’s degree in Administration, Logistics & Supply Chain, Facilities Management, Engineering, or related fields
- Minimum of 2 years of relevant experience in general services, facilities, or administration
- Strong knowledge of fleet management, facility operations, and service contracts
- Good leadership, coordination, and communication skills
Job Purpose
The Junior General Services Officer is responsible for coordinating and overseeing all general service activities to ensure an efficient, safe, and cost-effective working environment. This includes managing security, fleet operations, facility maintenance, utilities, property services, canteen operations, liaison duties, and procurement of general services.
