Available Positions
1️⃣ Group Reporting Supervisor
Objective: Reporting to the Entity Finance Manager, the Group Reporting Supervisor leads and coordinates all group financial reporting activities, ensuring accurate, timely, and compliant delivery of trial balances, reconciliations, and reporting packages across entities.
Responsibilities:
Lead month‑end closing activities, including preparation of Group Trial Balance and reporting deliverables. Prepare and submit monthly group trial balances for multiple entities. Manage and reconcile intercompany transactions, including FX adjustments. Submit quarterly group reporting packages to corporate accounting. Record and reconcile intercompany invoice settlements. Support preparation and analysis of financial statements (monthly, quarterly, annual). Provide insights and analysis to support management decision‑making. Coordinate internal and external audit processes. Support statutory accounting and reconciliations.
Qualifications & Experience:
Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance. ACCA or Chartered Accountant qualification preferred. Minimum 3 years supervisory/managerial experience in finance OR 3+ years in FMCG finance within a regional/global reporting environment. Proficiency in English (written and spoken).
Skills:
Strong financial reporting and consolidation knowledge. Intermediate to advanced Excel skills. Experience with SAP and Business Central. Analytical and problem‑solving skills. Ability to meet strict deadlines.

2️⃣ Control Room CCTV Operator
Objective: Ensure the smooth and effective day‑to‑day running of the control room by monitoring surveillance systems, reporting incidents, and maintaining agreed service levels under the supervision of the Corporate Security Manager.
Responsibilities:
Operate and monitor CCTV systems, including cameras, recording, and storage of footage. Maintain control room equipment (monitors, radios, telephones, computers). Conduct continuous surveillance and catalog footage. Monitor alarm systems and respond to alerts. Detect and report suspicious activities in line with SOPs. Ensure integrity of security systems and prevent unauthorized access. Prepare daily system status and incident reports. Maintain incident logs and escalate issues promptly. Support security team response during incidents and emergencies. Ensure compliance with data protection and confidentiality standards. Liaise with law enforcement when required for CCTV evidence.
Qualifications & Experience:
Formal education in any discipline. Proficiency in English (written and spoken). Knowledge of surveillance and incident management systems.
Skills:
Strong observation and attention to detail. Ability to respond effectively under pressure. Good communication and reporting skills. Time management and teamwork capability. Ability to operate in high‑risk or crisis scenarios.
