TAL Garments Manufacturing PLC is inviting qualified, motivated, and skilled professionals to apply for various job opportunities within its growing manufacturing operations. The company welcomes applicants who are passionate about contributing to the textile and garment industry in Ethiopia.

Position 1: IT Manager

Qualification & Experience

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Electrical and Computer Engineering, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 5 years relevant work experience.
  • At least 2 years of experience in a supervisory or leadership role, preferably within the manufacturing sector.

Key Skills

  • Experience working with CSOs, networks, or community-based initiatives.
  • Strong coordination and networking abilities.

Position 2: Industrial Engineer Executive

Qualification & Experience

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Industrial Engineering, Textile and Garment Engineering, or a related discipline.
  • Minimum of 4 years of relevant professional experience.

Key Skills

  • Ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
  • Strong capability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.

Position 3: Senior Outbound & Inbound Logistics Associate

Qualification & Experience

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Logistics, Textile & Apparel Merchandising, Import/Export, Supply Chain Management, or related fields.
  • 2–3 years of relevant logistics experience.
  • At least 2 years in a supervisory or managerial role.

Key Skills

  • Strong ability to build and maintain professional working relationships.
  • Good coordination and communication skills.
