Position Details
Position: Strategic Assistant

Key Responsibilities
The Strategic Assistant will support strategic planning, coordination, documentation, and communication activities within the organization. The role includes assisting with the preparation of reports and presentations, analyzing information, facilitating collaboration across teams, and supporting organizational priorities.
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Economics, Political Science, or a related field.
Preferred Experience and Skills
Experience working with international or local NGOs is an advantage. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Strong interpersonal and networking abilities. Ability to prepare, review, and analyze complex documents and data. Strong collaboration and teamwork skills. Ability to quickly understand changing operational and program contexts. Demonstrated willingness to learn and apply new knowledge. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and project management tools.
Language Requirement
Fluency in spoken and written English.
