We are currently hiring Reporters and Graphics Designers to join our dynamic team.
Position 1: Reporter
Requirements:
Strong passion for journalism and commitment to a career in reporting Fluent command of English (written and spoken) Excellent writing and communication skills Ability to work under pressure and meet strict deadlines Critical thinking and attention to detail Willingness to work flexible hours
Responsibilities:
Produce five originally sourced news stories per week Write investigative articles, feature stories, and analytical pieces Understand Ethiopia’s economic and business landscape Collaborate with editors and respond to feedback promptly

Position 2: Graphics Designer
Requirements:
Proven experience as a Graphics Designer or similar role Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) Strong portfolio showcasing creativity and design skills Excellent communication and teamwork abilities Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines Knowledge of web design principles (preferred)
Preferred Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, or related field Experience with motion graphics or video editing Familiarity with UX/UI design principles
Key Responsibilities:
Design visual assets for websites, social media, and marketing materials Collaborate with marketing and editorial teams for brand consistency Create layouts for both digital and print media Maintain and enhance design templates and assets Stay updated with design trends and software tools
