Available Positions
Accountant – 1 Vacancy Qualification: BA Degree in Accounting or related field. Experience: Minimum 2 years of relevant experience. Skills: Strong knowledge of accounting principles, ability to prepare financial reports, proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel & Word mandatory). Location: Addis Ababa. Senior Customer Service Officer – 1 Vacancy Qualification: MA/BA Degree in Marketing, Accounting, Management, Economics, or related fields. Experience: 3 years (BA) / 5 years (MA) of relevant experience. Skills: Knowledge of microfinance products and services. Strong customer service and interpersonal skills. Understanding of regulatory requirements related to microfinance. Report writing and basic computer skills. Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel & Word mandatory). Location: Addis Ababa. Senior Accountant – 1 Vacancy Qualification: BA Degree in Accounting. Experience: Minimum 4 years of relevant experience, of which 2 years as an Accountant. Skills: Strong knowledge of accounting concepts and principles. Knowledge of company financial policies, NBE and FIC directives and regulations. Core banking skills advantageous. Ability to compile and prepare financial reports. Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel & Word mandatory). Location: Addis Ababa.
