YADAM Foundation is inviting qualified and experienced professionals to apply for the following vacancy.

Position: HR and General Service Officer

Required Qualifications

Education

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Human Resource Management or a closely related field.

Experience

• A minimum of 5 years of progressive professional experience in human resources within an NGO or non-profit organization.
• Previous experience managing general services, inventory systems, and safe recruitment processes is highly desirable.

Knowledge and Skills

• Excellent written and spoken communication skills in both English and Amharic.
• Strong understanding of Ethiopian Labour Law, Civil Society Organization (CSO) regulations, and NGO human resource policies and procedures.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Word and Excel, along with experience using Human Resource Information Systems (HRIS) or asset management software.
• Strong organizational, analytical, and problem-solving abilities.
• High level of integrity, professionalism, and the ability to manage multiple responsibilities effectively in a fast-paced environment.
