1️⃣ Customer Service Officer II
Education: Bachelor’s in Accounting, Management, Economics, or related fields. Experience: 2 years in Banking Operations (IFB knowledge advantageous). Duty Stations: Shabe Sombo, Bonga, Mota, Bichena, Bahir Dar, Jawi, Gonder, Bambasi, Hirna, Boke Xiqo, Melka Jabdu.
2️⃣ Senior Customer Service Officer
Education: Bachelor’s in Accounting, Management, Economics, or related fields. Experience: 3 years in Banking Operations (IFB certification advantageous). Duty Stations: Same as above.
3️⃣ Branch Operation Supervisor
Education: Bachelor’s in Accounting, Management, Economics, or related fields. Experience: 4 years in Banking Operations (IFB knowledge advantageous). Duty Stations: Same as above.
4️⃣ Branch Manager
Education: Bachelor’s in Accounting, Management, Economics, or related fields. Experience: 6 years in Banking Operations (IFB certification advantageous). Duty Stations: Same as above.
5️⃣ Manager, Planning & Result Management
Education: Master’s/Bachelor’s in Accounting, Finance, Business Management, Banking & Finance, or related fields. Experience: 6 years (Master’s) / 8 years (Bachelor’s), including 2 years in supervisory roles. Duty Station: Head Office.
6️⃣ Director, Strategy & Transformation
Education: Master’s/Bachelor’s in Accounting, Finance, Business Management, Banking & Finance, or related fields. Experience: 10 years (Master’s) / 12 years (Bachelor’s), including 4 years in managerial roles in Strategy, Business Development, CRM, or Branch Operations. Duty Station: Head Office. Note: IFB Training Certification is mandatory .
