1️⃣ Customer Service Officer II
Education: Bachelor’s in Accounting, Management, Economics, or related fields. Experience: Minimum 2 years in banking operations. Knowledge of IFB is advantageous. Duty Station: Adama, Bedeno, Dire Dawa, Dilla.
2️⃣ Senior Customer Service Officer
Education: Bachelor’s in Accounting, Management, Economics, or related fields. Experience: Minimum 3 years in banking. IFB training certification is advantageous. Duty Station: Adama, Bedeno.
3️⃣ Branch Operation Supervisor
Education: Bachelor’s in Accounting, Management, Economics, or related fields. Experience: Minimum 4 years in banking operations. Knowledge of IFB is advantageous. Duty Station: Adama, Bedeno.
4️⃣ Branch Manager
Education: Bachelor’s in Accounting, Management, Economics, or related fields. Experience: Minimum 6 years in banking operations, including supervisory experience. IFB training certification is advantageous. Duty Station: Adama, Bedeno.
