Position 1: Business Analyst
Education
- A Bachelor’s degree in Finance/Accounting Degree
Experience and skills
- 2-4 years’ experience in management accounting/ controlling preferably within FMCG.
- Strong analytical & problem-solving skills.
- Able to work on ERP system.
- Advanced excel skill

Position 2: Site Fleet Controller
Experience and Skills
- 2-4 years of relevant experience in fleet management-related operations.
- Computer skills: Excel, Word, knowing how to manipulate an ERP system
- Computer skills: good command of MS Office.
- Good knowledge of Ethiopian legislation in transport and insurance
- Innovative, detail-oriented
- Good understanding of planning, order management, Transportation management and warehousing.
- Strong analytical skills to interpret research data.
- Excellent communication skills and stakeholder management skills
- Knowledge of the commercial and supply chain processes
- Capable of using advanced Logistics tools
- Ability to influence, establish and maintain collaborative partnerships.
- Financial understanding
Education
- TVET level 3 Automotive engineering or higher on related fields
Special conditions:
- Available, in case of emergencies, 24 hours, 7 days per week.
- Available to frequent travelling (when needed) to the different parts of the country and abroad

Position 3: Technician Mechanical
Education
- BSc. in Mechanical/Electrical Engineering or Equivalent (Vocational Education)
Experience and skills required
- 4 years and above working in maintenance
- Excellent trouble-shooting skills.
- Very good technical machine knowledge.
- Experienced in TPM and ability to execute AM activities and to train operators in AM.
- Independent user in windows/office/ Maximo

Position 4: Technician Electrical
Education
- BSc. in Electrical Engineering or Equivalent (Vocational Education)
Experience and skills required
- 4 years and above working in maintenance
- Excellent troubleshooting skills and technical machine knowledge.
- Experienced in TPM and able to execute AM activities and to train operators in AM.
- Independent user in Windows/Office/ Maximo
- Basic education in process automation control.
- Certified to work with low voltage.
- Mastered required LOTO skills and activities.
- Good skills and understanding of technical drawing (AutoCAD/P&ID, Wiring diagram)

Position 5: Forklift Truck Operator
Education
- TVET Background or High School Completed
Experience and skills required
- 1 year plus in Logistics
- Valid FLT driver’s license/certificate is mandatory
- Local language speaker
- Barcode scanning / working with a handheld terminal / RF device (if WMS is applicable)
