ole and responsibilities of Head of Legal
Provide legal advisory support across Holding and subsidiary entities.
Ensure compliance with applicable regulatory and statutory requirements.
Oversee dispute resolution and litigation management.
Support risk mitigation through legal oversight.
Establish uniform legal and regulatory frameworks across functional and regional divisions.
Ensure adherence to local laws while maintaining global corporate standards.
Oversee risk management policies that cut across product, businesses, and function silos.
Contractual Oversight, Draft and negotiate agreements (e.g., cross-functional projects, joint ventures).
Standardize contract templates to reduce ambiguity across businesses and subsidiaries.
LLB/LLM; Bar-qualified; corporate law specialization
Experiance:15- 20 Yrs
