Position: Executive Assistant

Qualifications:

  • BA degree in any field of studies.
  • Proven experience as an Executive Assistant or similar role.
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills are Mandatory.
  • Proficiency in MS Office.
  • Ability to handle sensitive information with a high level of confidentiality.
  • Professional demeanor and strong interpersonal skills.
  • Additional international language is a plus.
  • Experience in the FMCG industry is a plus.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Strategic Support:
  • Manage the CEO’s calendar and prioritize tasks to align with business goals.
  • Serve as a gatekeeper, ensuring efficient communication and decision-making across departments.
  • Project Management:
  • Oversee and track progress on strategic initiatives and high-priority projects.
  • Provide support in planning, executing, and monitoring key business activities.
  • Stakeholder Management:
  • Act as the CEO’s representative with internal teams, partners, and key external stakeholders.
  • Facilitate meetings, manage agendas, and ensure follow-through on action items.
  • Confidentiality & Administration:
  • Handle sensitive information with discretion.
  • Draft reports, presentations, and correspondence as needed.
  • Travel & Event Coordination:
  • Manage travel arrangements, event planning, and public appearances.
