Role description
Position: Assistant Teacher (Fresh Graduates)
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s Degree
- Fresh graduates are strongly encouraged to apply.
- Passion for working with young children.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Positive attitude, willingness to learn, and strong work ethic.
- Ability to work effectively as part of a team.
- Good command of English is an advantage.
Key Responsibilities
- Support the class teacher in delivering daily learning activities and classroom routines.
- Assist in preparing and organising learning materials and resources.
- Help create a positive, safe, and stimulating learning environment.
- Supervise children during classroom, outdoor, meal, and play activities.
- Encourage children’s social, emotional, cognitive, and physical development.
- Observe and support children’s learning and well-being.
- Maintain classroom cleanliness, organisation, and safety standards.
- Work collaboratively with teachers and other staff members.
