Position 1: HR Business Partner

Core competencies, knowledge and experience:

• 6 – 8 years’ applicable experience as a Human Resources generalist, as well as proven experience in the management of a Human Resources section/division – essential
• 3 years’ experience as an HR professional interfacing with senior leadership in corporate environment 
• Foundational knowledge and /or experience in Change management, people organization plans 
• Exposure to coaching leaders for behavior change 

Must have technical / professional qualifications: 

• Degree in Business Management or related field 
• (e.g. Human Resources, Personnel Management, Industrial Psychology, Business Management, Economics etc.) – essential 
• A post-graduate qualification will be advantageous

Position 2: Senior Accountant – Accounts Payable

Must have technical / professional qualifications: 

•  Bachelor’s degree in accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related discipline from a recognized university.
• Strong working knowledge of accounts payable processes and financial accounting principles
• Practical experience using ERP/accounting systems (e.g. Oracle, SAP, SUN, Sage, Hyperion).
• Good understanding of IFRS and basic local tax requirements related to supplier payments.
  Desired 
• Professional accounting qualification (CPA / ACCA / CIMA / ACA) or progress toward certification.
• Experience supporting internal and external audits.
• Exposure to shared services or high-volume transaction environments.
• Knowledge of internal control frameworks and process improvement practices

Position 3: Manager – Fixed Asset and Inventory

Must have technical / professional qualifications: 

• Bachelor’s degree in accounting, Finance, or a related business field from a recognized university.
• Professional accounting qualification such as CPA, ACCA, CIMA, or ACA.
• At least 5–7 years of relevant post-qualification experience in finance or accounting, including substantial experience in fixed asset accounting, inventory management, and financial reporting.
• Practical experience in fixed asset registers, CWIP management, depreciation, impairment, inventory reconciliation, and physical verification.
• Experience working with ERP systems and preparing financial reports, reconciliations, and audit schedules.
• Demonstrated experience in supervising teams or coordinating cross-functional accounting activities

Position 4: Lead – Organizational Effectiveness and Change

Must have technical / professional qualifications: 

• Bachelor’s degree in human resource management, Organizational Psychology, Business Administration, Management or a related field and 5 – 7 years of work experience or master’s degree with 4 – 6 years of work experience.
• Relevant professional experience in organizational effectiveness, organization design, workforce planning, job architecture, job evaluation and/or change management.
• Demonstrated experience supporting organization change, restructuring or transformation initiatives.
• Strong analytical, facilitation, project management and stakeholder-influencing capability.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint and Word for analysis, decision support and executive communication.
