This position acts as the initial line of defense to identify, assess, and report security violations, safety issues, and operational delays throughout the premises,

Position: IT Specialist & CCTV Operator

Education & Experience

• ​Degree: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Network Engineering, or a related field.
• ​Experience: more than three years of experience in IT systems administration or technical support.

​Technical Skills

• ​Proficiency in network configuration (TCP/IP, Routing, Switching, VLANs, and Wi-Fi infrastructure).
• ​Working knowledge of Windows Server environments and client OS.
• ​Experience with Video Management Software (VMS) platforms and camera hardware alignment.

​Soft Skills

• ​Sharp Attention to Detail: Ability to spot anomalies or suspicious behavior across multiple video feeds.
• ​Problem-Solving: Strong diagnostic skills for both software glitches and hardware failures.
• ​Discretion & Integrity: High ethical standards regarding data privacy, sensitive security footage, and internal company information.
• ​Communication: Ability to write clear incident reports and explain technical issues to non-technical team members.
