Position 2: Construction Site Foreman

Educational Qualification:

• BSc in Civil Engineering or Diploma in Building Construction.

Work Experience:

• 3+ years of relevant work experience.

Special Skills:

• Knowledge of building codes and safety regulations.
• Project management skills.
• Leadership and communication skills.
• Decision-making abilities.
• Knowledge of construction methods.

Location: Addis Ababa

Position 3: Building Finishing Foreman

Educational Qualification:

• BSc in Civil Engineering or Diploma in Building Construction.

Work Experience:

• 3+ years of relevant experience as a Building Finishing Foreman.

Special Skills:

• Practical experience in construction finishing, including painting, flooring, plastering, and tiling.
• Ability to read blueprints and technical drawings.
• Leadership and communication skills.
• Problem-solving skills.

Work Location: Addis Ababa

Position 4: Structural Foreman

Educational Qualification:

• Level IV and above.

Work Experience:

• 4+ years of relevant experience in building construction.

Special Skills:

• Ability to accurately read and interpret architectural drawings, engineering plans, and technical specifications.
• Ability to translate technical drawings into actionable work instructions

Work Location: Addis Ababa

Position 5: Building Electrician

Educational Qualification:

• Diploma in Electrical Engineering or related fields.

Work Experience:

• 4+ years of relevant experience as an Electrical Engineer.

Special Skills:

• Ability to diagnose complex technical issues quickly.
• Ability to explain technical details to clients and colleagues.
• Precision in electrical installations.
• Ability to work under demanding on-site conditions.

Position 6: Site Engineer

Educational Qualification:

• BSc in Civil Engineering or Diploma in Building Construction.

Work Experience:

• 4+ years of relevant experience in building construction.

Special Skills:

• Strong foundation in engineering principles.
• Knowledge of construction methods and processes.
• Knowledge of structural design and building materials.
• Familiarity with relevant construction regulations.
