Education: BA in Accounting & Finance Experience: 1–3 years in accounting (pharma/healthcare/import experience preferred) Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and accounting software; high attention to detail and integrity Salary: ETB 10,000 – 18,000/month (negotiable) Location: Addis Ababa
Position 2: Tender Specialist I
Education: Bachelor’s in Procurement, Business, Pharmacy, Management, Economics, or related fields Experience: 2–4 years (pharma/healthcare industry preferred) Skills: Knowledge of Ethiopian public procurement, proposal writing, MS Office, strong communication and organizational skills Salary: ETB 35,000 – 50,000/month (negotiable) Location: Addis Ababa
Position 3: Senior Sales & Business Development Executive
Education: BA/BSc in Pharmacy, Marketing, Business Administration, or related fields Experience: Minimum 5 years in pharmaceutical sales with proven target achievement Skills: Strong negotiation, communication, and nationwide travel availability; existing customer portfolio preferred Salary: ETB 30,000 – 55,000/month base (negotiable) + commission/incentives Location: Addis Ababa
Position 4: Technical Manager
Education: BSc in Pharmacy (MSc an advantage); Licensed Pharmacist in Ethiopia Experience: Minimum 7 years in pharmaceutical industry (import/distribution preferred) Skills: Strong knowledge of EFDA regulations, product registration, leadership, and decision‑making ability Salary: ETB 45,000 – 55,000/month (negotiable) + performance incentives Location: Addis Ababa
