Gift Construction PLC, part of Gift Business Group, is looking for motivated candidates for the following two positions to join our team.

Gift Real Estate PLC (GRE) is engaged in real estate development business in Ethiopia. We are a part of Gift Group (holding company), which was established first as Gift Trading During the mixed economic era (early 1990s or 30 years ago) by its founder and MD, Ato Gebreyesus Igata who has been interested in business since childhood and long term exposure in other countries.

Position: Graduate Trainee-Sales & Marketing

Qualification Required:

• BA in Marketing Management, Management, or related fields.

• Minimum CGPA of 2.5

• Only fresh 2026 graduates are eligible to apply

Required Skills & Competencies (for both Positions)

• Develop and implement sales and marketing strategies to achieve company sales targets.
• Identify and cultivate new leads, customers, and business opportunities.
• Manage and maintain relationships with existing clients to ensure customer satisfaction and retention.
• Create and execute marketing campaigns, including digital marketing, advertising, and promotions.
• Analyze market trends and competitor activities to identify areas for growth and improvement.
• Prepare and present sales and marketing reports to senior management.
• Participate in product development and pricing strategies based on market feedback.
• Stay updated on industry trends and emerging marketing technologies.
