5+ years of relevant experience as an HVAC Technician. Strong mechanical engineering background. Experience installing, maintaining, inspecting, troubleshooting, and repairing HVAC systems. Experience with split AC units, package units, AHUs, FCUs, chillers, pumps, fans, and ventilation systems. Ability to interpret mechanical/HVAC drawings, equipment manuals, and technical specifications.
Key Responsibilities
Install, inspect, maintain, and repair HVAC equipment and systems. Carry out preventive and corrective maintenance on air-conditioning and ventilation systems. Troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, and refrigeration-related HVAC faults. Service split AC units, package units, AHUs, FCUs, chillers, pumps, fans, and ventilation systems. Diagnose faults and determine appropriate repair solutions. Perform refrigerant charging and recovery, leak detection, and pressure testing. Read and interpret HVAC drawings, manuals, and technical specifications. Conduct routine equipment inspections and monitor operational performance. Perform ductwork, piping, insulation, and mechanical installation activities. Recommend repairs or equipment replacement when necessary. Key Responsibilities
Manage daily accounting activities and ensure transactions are accurately recorded. Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements according to local requirements. Lead and maintain the Peachtree (Sage 50) accounting system. Customize charts of accounts, modules, and reporting structures for construction and engineering requirements. Manage tax, revenue, and customs compliance activities. Prepare and submit income tax, VAT, and withholding tax returns in accordance with Ethiopian Revenue & Customs Authority (ERCA) requirements. Coordinate with ERCA and Customs regarding audits, clarifications, and compliance matters. Assess changes in tax and customs regulations and apply them to business operations. Coordinate internal and external audits. Provide documentation, supporting schedules, and explanations during financial reviews. Follow up on audit recommendations and strengthen finance processes.
