About the Role:
Minaye PLC is seeking a talented and experienced
Full Stack Software Developer Officer
to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate is a self-starter with exactly
2 years of hands-on experience
in both frontend and backend development. You will be responsible for delivering complete, functional software solutions independently while working under tight deadlines.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop, test, and deploy scalable web applications across the entire stack (frontend and backend).
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate business needs into technical specifications.
Troubleshoot, debug, and optimize existing systems for maximum performance and reliability.
Present technical solutions clearly to non-technical stakeholders when required.
Work independently to manage tasks and meet strict project timelines.
Required Qualifications & Skills:
Experience:
Minimum 2 years of proven experience in full stack development (both frontend & backend).
Technical Proficiency:
Frontend:
HTML, CSS, JavaScript (React, Angular, or Vue.js preferred).
Backend:
Node.js, Python (Django/Flask), PHP, or Java (Spring Boot).
Databases:
MySQL, PostgreSQL, or MongoDB.
Version Control:
Git/GitHub.
Soft Skills:
Excellent communication and presentation skills.
Detail-oriented with strong analytical thinking.
Proven problem-solving mindset.
Ability to work
independently
with minimal supervision.
