1. About DAT International PLC
DAT International Trading PLC is a family-owned company established in 2003 and engaged in the import and distribution of Pharmaceuticals (human and veterinary). Since its conception, DAT imports pharmaceuticals contributing to the national healthcare system through availing quality and affordable essential medicines and then expanded to medical devices, Agrochemicals, and many more. DAT is founded by Dr. Tenaye Lakew and Mrs. Ayehush Asres, visionary and professional shareholder.
2. Job Summary
The front Office Receptionist is responsible for handling all front office reception and administration duties, including greeting guests, providing full information about the services, handling company inquiries and procedures.
3. Duties and Responsibilities
Welcome guests and visitors with warm, polite and professional manner
Provide full information about the apartment and the services offered,
Ensure the front desk area is tidy and organized,
Follow and ensure the rooms are clean, attractive and neat,
Manage phone calls, emails, addressing resident enquiries to the appropriate department,
Keep records of all client complaints and suggestions,
Coordinate with other relevant departments to ensure smooth and prompt guest service. (including maintenance work and provide timely feed back to the guests and the management,)
Deliver properties in rooms with property administration section of the Apartment,
Inform Accounts section on all issues of payments,
Manage check-in and check-out processes ,
keep accurate records of visitor logs and apartment bookings,
Handle guest complaints and resolve issues promptly,
Maintain crucial working materials for smooth operation of reception duties,
Perform other relevant duties assigned by the immediate supervisor
Requirements
•
Education:
Diploma in Customer Service or a related field of specialization.
•
Experience:
Minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar business setup.
•
Language:
Good English communication skills, including reading and writing.
