Qualifications
Bachelor’s Degree in the relevant subject area from a recognized institution Minimum 3 years teaching experience , preferably in Cambridge or international curriculum Strong knowledge of the Cambridge Curriculum and assessment practices Experience preparing students for IGCSE and/or AS & A Level examinations (advantage) Excellent classroom management and student engagement skills Strong communication and interpersonal skills Ability to integrate educational technology effectively Strong planning, organizational, and problem‑solving abilities Ability to work collaboratively in a multicultural environment Excellent command of written and spoken English PGDT or equivalent teaching qualification preferred Cambridge teaching certification or professional development training is an added advantage Demonstrated professionalism, integrity, teamwork, and commitment to safeguarding and continuous professional development
