Educational Qualification
Applicants should possess:
Bachelor's Degree in Education or a related field. Teaching license, registration, or PGDT where required by the relevant education authority.
Preferred Experience and Skills
Previous teaching or classroom support experience is preferred. Good communication and interpersonal skills. Basic classroom management and organizational abilities. Computer literacy, including Microsoft Office and educational technology. Ability to work collaboratively with teachers, students, and parents. Strong command of the language of instruction (English).
Key Responsibilities
Assist teachers in preparing instructional materials and classroom resources. Support classroom management and maintain a positive learning environment. Coordinate and schedule educational activities. Provide administrative support, including record keeping and parent communication. Encourage student participation through engaging learning activities. Assist with student assessment and progress evaluation. Maintain organized student records and learning resources. Support lesson planning and educational content preparation. Participate in staff meetings and professional development activities.
