| The Finance Director operates at a strategic executive level, responsible for the overarching financial health, governance, and performance of multiple companies or subsidiaries within a group structure. |
| Key responsibilities |
| – Lead group-level financial strategy. – Oversee financial health of multiple companies/subsidiaries. – Ensure corporate governance and compliance. – Drive forecasting and budgeting for long-term goals. – Identify and manage financial risks. – Manage cash flow and liquidity. – Optimize capital structure and funding. – Oversee financial reporting and accuracy. – Improve operational efficiency across the group. – Use data analysis to inform decisions and reduce costs. – Identify and evaluate investment opportunities. – Provide executive leadership and build high-performing finance teams. – Establish systems and controls for reliable financial information. |
| Job Requirements | |
| Education | – MA or BA degree in accounting and finance |
| Experience | – 10 + years of experience in a Leadership role. – Proven experience as CFO, VP of Finance, or similar senior role. |
| Skills | – In-depth knowledge of corporate finance, risk management, data analysis, and financial software. |
