Position 1: Finance Assistant

Educational Qualification & Experience
- Diploma in Accounting, Business Management, or a related field.
- Minimum of 2 years of relevant experience in a similar role.
Required Skills and Competencies
- Strong written and spoken English communication skills.
- Knowledge of cash handling procedures, transaction processing, and financial record-keeping.
- Understanding of cash management safety practices.
- Good bookkeeping and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in basic computer applications, particularly Microsoft Excel.
- Advanced skills in Microsoft Office applications, including Excel, Word, and email communication.
- Good knowledge of currency denominations and cash counting procedures.
- Ability to communicate effectively with employees at all organizational levels, including in challenging situations.
- Capable of working under pressure in a diverse and multicultural environment.
- Respectful, service-oriented, and committed to teamwork.
- High level of honesty, professionalism, courtesy, and integrity.
- Willingness to travel to project and field locations.

Language Requirements
- Fluency in English (written and spoken) is mandatory.
- Knowledge of Amharic is required.

Position 2: MERL Coordinator

Educational Qualification & Experience
- Master's Degree in Health, Statistics, Sociology, Social Sciences, Humanities, Development Studies, or a related field with at least 3 years of relevant professional experience; or
- Bachelor's Degree in the above disciplines with a minimum of 5 years of relevant work experience in the development or humanitarian sector, particularly in monitoring and evaluation functions.
Required Experience
- Experience in Results-Based Monitoring and PMERL (Planning, Monitoring, Evaluation, Research, and Learning) is an advantage.
- Experience in qualitative and quantitative data collection, analysis, and reporting.
- Familiarity with digital data collection tools and data visualization platforms is desirable.
- Experience facilitating participatory processes and capacity-building initiatives.
- Previous experience working with international organizations and local partner institutions.
Language Requirements
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
- Proficiency in Afaan Oromo is mandatory.

- Experience in community engagement and mobilization activities.
- Proven experience collaborating with civil society organizations (CSOs), community groups, networks, and local initiatives.
