The role involves managing field teams, monitoring data quality, resolving technical and logistical issues, and coordinating between enumerators and the central project team.

Key Responsibilities
Supervise, train, and manage a team of enumerators in the assigned region. Support smooth field operations for the coffee farmer verification survey. Monitor the quality of collected data. Resolve field-level technical and logistical issues. Assist enumerators with GPS navigation and troubleshooting during field activities. Serve as the primary liaison between enumerators and the central project team.
Qualifications and Requirements
Education
BA/BSc or Master's degree in Agriculture, Social Sciences, Statistics, or a related field .
Experience
1–3 years of experience in field coordination, survey management, or supervisory roles.
Technical Skills
Strong proficiency in using GPS . Strong proficiency with digital data collection platforms .
Language Requirements
Fluency in the local language of the specific deployment area is mandatory. The required local languages are:
Sidaamu Afoo Gedeo'uffa Afaan Oromo Guragigna
Candidates must also have fluency in Amharic and English .
