Position: Experienced Secretary / Office Administrator
Job Summary
We are seeking a capable and experienced Secretary to manage day-to-day office operations, handle administrative and financial payment tasks, and ensure the smooth running of our business office.
Key Responsibilities
Manage general office administration and ensure efficient day-to-day operations
Handle all office-related payments
including utilities, office supplies, vendor payments, and other operational expenses
Maintain accurate records of all payments, receipts, and petty cash transactions
Prepare correspondence, reports, and official documents
Schedule meetings, manage calendars, and coordinate appointments
Maintain organized filing systems (both physical and digital)
Assist management with clerical and administrative support as needed
Liaise with suppliers, service providers, and government offices when required
Ensure the office is well-equipped and operational at all times

Requirements
Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Secretarial Science, Office Management, Business Administration, or related field
Minimum 2–3 years of relevant experience
in office administration or secretarial roles, preferably in a business or trading environment
Proven experience in handling payments, petty cash, and office financial transactions
Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
: Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Highly organized, reliable, and detail-oriented
Ability to multitask and work under pressure
Fluent in English and Amharic (both written and spoken)
