Position: Driver/Liaison/Logistics Officer
Job Responsibilities
Under the direct supervision of the assigned supervisor, the Driver/Liaison/Logistics Officer will be responsible for:
Providing transportation services. Supporting logistics activities. Facilitating liaison with internal and external stakeholders. Processing visa and passport application procedures. Clearing consignments. Maintaining accurate transport and liaison records. Ensuring assigned vehicles are properly maintained. Ensuring vehicles and transportation activities comply with applicable traffic regulations.
Qualifications and Experience
Applicants should meet the following requirements:
TVET 10+4 or Diploma in ICT, Electronics, or a related field; or BA Degree in Accounting, Management, or a related field. 3 years of relevant work experience ; some experience is considered an advantage for degree holders. Competence in Microsoft Office. Ethical behavior and professional conduct. A third-degree or public driving license as stated in the vacancy announcement.
