About EthSwitch
EthSwitch is the National Switch owned by all banks in Ethiopia (private and public), the National Bank of Ethiopia, MFIs, PIIs, and PSOs. Its mandate includes:
Creating interoperability between financial institutions. Implementing domestic payment schemes. Providing a national payment gateway. Serving as central interconnectivity for clearing and settlement. Delivering shared platform and infrastructure services.
Available Positions
1️⃣ Client Relationship Management Officer II
Education: BSc/BA in Accounting, Economics, Management, Information Systems, Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related fields. Experience: Minimum 2 years of relevant work experience. Responsibilities: Support the Client Relationship Management Division. Communicate with clients and stakeholders through multiple channels. Provide customer support and maintain accurate records.
2️⃣ Digital Marketing Officer
Education: BA in Marketing Management, E‑Commerce, Digital Marketing, or related fields. Experience: Minimum 2 years of relevant work experience. Responsibilities: Manage EthSwitch’s digital presence. Administer website content and digital media platforms. Enhance user experience and ensure effective communication through digital channels.
