EthSwitch is Ethiopia's National Switch, owned by public and private banks , the National Bank of Ethiopia, Microfinance Institutions (MFIs), Payment Instrument Issuers (PIIs), and Payment System Operators (PSOs).
The organization is responsible for enabling interoperability among financial institutions, implementing the domestic payment scheme, providing the national payment gateway, facilitating clearing and settlement, and delivering shared payment infrastructure services across Ethiopia.

Available Positions
1. Senior Auditor
Duty Station: Addis Ababa
Educational Qualifications
Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, Economics, Management, or a related field. Professional certifications such as CIA, ACCA, or equivalent are highly desirable.
Experience
5 years (Bachelor's) or 3 years (Master's) of relevant work experience. At least 2 years in an officer-level position. Experience in internal audit, external audit, financial management, procurement, or operational auditing. Experience auditing IFRS-based financial statements is an added advantage.
Required Skills
Strong knowledge of International Financial Reporting Standards (IFRS), financial reporting, and accounting principles.
2. Senior Auditor – Digital Payments
Duty Station: Addis Ababa
Educational Qualifications
Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Accounting, Finance, Banking , Economics, Information Systems, or a related field. Professional certifications such as CIA, CISA, ACCA, or equivalent are advantageous.
Experience
6 years (Bachelor's) or 4 years (Master's) of relevant work experience. At least 2 years in professional positions. Experience in digital payments, banking operations, or internal auditing.
