As the designated postal operator (DPO), Ethiopost provides postal services across the country in support of the government’s universal service obligation (USO). Available Job Positions
1. Programmer
Location: Addis Ababa, Ethiopia
Required Qualifications and Experience
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field. At least 3 years of software development experience , including at least 3 years of experience in API design and systems integration. Strong proficiency with modern development technologies and stacks such as: Java / Spring .NET Node.js Python Strong knowledge of API standards, including: RESTful APIs SOAP GraphQL Experience with message queues and microservices. Experience with containerization technologies such as Docker and Kubernetes . Experience working with SQL and NoSQL databases . Knowledge of banking protocols such as ISO 8583 and ISO 20022 . Knowledge of payment gateways and security standards, including: OAuth 2.0 TLS PKI
2. DFS Partnership Supervisor
Location: Addis Ababa, Ethiopia
Required Qualifications and Experience
Bachelor’s degree in Business or a related field. At least 3 years of experience in partnership or business development . Strong negotiation skills. Strong relationship-management skills. Demonstrated experience in business development and partnership management. Experience working with businesses in areas such as: Banking Insurance FinTech InsurTech Other related business sectors Experience involving high-level stakeholder engagement and business closing.
3. DFS Product Portfolio Supervisor
Location: Addis Ababa, Ethiopia
Required Qualifications and Experience
Bachelor’s degree in Business. At least 3 years of experience in product development or product management . Knowledge of digital financial services (DFS). Knowledge of the finance sector.
