Ethiopian Engineering Corporation Invites fresh graduates and qualified applicants for the following job positions.

EEC-Construction business unit key activities are high-end complex construction projects, predominately high-rise commercial and residential buildings, real-estate; infrastructure (roads, railways and airports) & water and energy sector construction.

EEC-Construction alone would grow into a conglomerate of several business units including Piling, underground and foundation Works, Fit-Out, Energy (Solar Solutions), Electro- Mechanical Solution, Facility Management, Landscape and Construction Materials Production.

Position 1: Senior Librarian

Qualification:

  • 12th Grade / 12th + TVET I, II or III in Library Science or related fields.
  • 0, 2, 4, or 6 years of relevant experience.

Skills:

  • Integrated Library Systems (ILS).
  • Research and data management (metadata).

Location: Addis Ababa, EEC Gerji Imperial, EEC Head Office.

Salary: As per the company’s salary scale.

Contract Type: Permanent.

Position 2: Training Expert IV

Qualification:

  • BA/MBA in Education, Human Resource Development, or Organizational Development.
  • 3 or 5 years of relevant experience.

Skills:

  • Adult learning theory.
  • Instructional design.
  • Training program management.

Position 3: Senior Researcher

Qualification:

  • BSc/MSc in Water Resources, Structural Engineering, Hydrology, Highway Engineering, Urban Planning, Architecture, Hydraulic Engineering, Geotechnical Engineering, Geology, or related fields.
  • 4 or 5 years of relevant experience.

Skills:

  • Track record of peer-reviewed publications.
  • Research methods.
  • Advanced analytics.
  • Peer mentorship.

Position 4: Senior Physical Modeling Expert

Qualification:

  • BSc/MSc in Civil Engineering, Hydraulic Engineering, Structural Engineering, Geotechnical Engineering, or related fields.

  • Advanced simulation tools.
  • High-fidelity prototyping (3D printing).
  • Innovation hub governance and ecosystem building.

Qualification:

  • Information architecture.
