Position: Nurse Level I
Job Summary
The Nurse Level I will provide essential health services to employees, including first aid, medical support, and clinic management. This entry‑level role is open to fresh graduates with a nursing diploma or Level IV qualification.
Key Responsibilities
Assess and plan nursing care requirements. Provide first aid treatment, dress wounds, give injections, and assist with sanitary instruction. Receive, store, and maintain medical supplies and clinic equipment. Keep records of medical supplies and report health issues. Monitor and administer medications. Take patient samples, pulses, temperatures, and blood pressures. Maintain accurate medical records. Provide emotional support to patients and relatives. Perform other related duties as required.
Qualifications & Experience
Education: Nursing Diploma or Level IV qualification. Experience: 0 years (fresh graduates encouraged to apply). Skills: Basic clinical and patient care skills. Ability to maintain accurate medical records. Strong interpersonal and communication skills. Trustworthy and detail‑oriented.
