Ethio Excellence Academy is a K-8 school located in the Akaki Kality sub-city. A Primary School English Teacher is responsible for teaching foundational English language skills, including reading, writing, speaking, and listening, to young learners. The role requires creating an engaging and supportive learning environment that fosters students’ language development, creativity, and critical thinking.

  • B.Ed./B.A/B.Sc./M.Sc/M.A. in any field of study OR preferably Certificate or Diploma in KG Teaching

Requirements:

  • A Bachelor of Education (B.Ed.) or Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) degree, with a Postgraduate Diploma in Teaching (PGDT), is required for all teaching positions in relevant fields of study. 
  • Fluency in English is a prerequisite.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and school management software is essential.
  • Preference is given to young and energetic candidates.

Experience: 

  • A minimum of two years of teaching experience is required for all teaching positions, while administrative positions necessitate a minimum of four years of experience.

    • Patience, enthusiasm, and a passion for teaching young learners.
    • Ability to adapt lessons to different learning styles.
