BaZ-KaM Agro Industry PLCVacancy AnnouncementPosition: Environmental Health & Sanitary ExpertResponsible for the complete inventory management, receiving, storage, and issuance of finished goods & Empty PackagesKey Responsibilities:• Sanitation & Hygiene Management: Develop and enforce strict Master Sanitation Schedules (MSS) for the processing plant, equipment, cold storage, and warehouse areas.• Regulatory Compliance: Serve as a key technical focal point for public health, environmental health, and sanitary inspections conducted by the EFDA and local health bureaus.• CIP & Chemical Safety: Monitor the implementation of Clean in Place (CIP) and Clean-out-of-Place (COP) procedures, ensuring correct chemical concentrations, contact times, and temperatures are utilized.• Water & Waste Quality: Inspect and verify the sanitary quality of factory water supplies and assist in monitoring the hygienic handling and disposal of industrial dairy waste.• Pest Control Management: Oversee the facility's integrated pest management (IPM) program to prevent any biological contamination risks.• Staff Health & Training: Coordinate routine medical check ups and health certifications for food handlers.
