Position 1: Civil Engineer
Job Summary
Essential Function
- Performs valuation of buildings for collateral, project finance and foreclosure ;
- Prepares specifications, bill of quantity for buildings;
- Carries out site visits to assigned building projects;
- Participates in the appraisal and follow up of projects;
- Assists in the supervision and contract administration activities of projects launched by the Bank;
- Compiles data and prepares project appraisal or follow up reports;
- Assists in renovation and office layout works;
- Maker checker responsibility, if necessary.
- Performs other engineering related duties as required
Job Requirement
- Education: BSc in Degree in civil engineering, construction technology, Any other related fields
- Experience: 3.5 years of experience in relevant filed preferably in banking industry (Banking Experience Mandatory)

Position 2: Treasury Officer
Essential Function
- Receive and verify treasury transactions documents and supporting evidence before processing
- Process Treasury bills, government bonds, and any other Treasury investment transactions in accordance with approved procedures.
- Can perform or monitor daily reconciliation of treasury accounts, ESX settlement, treasury investment,
- Investigate and resolve outstanding items and resolve outstanding reconciliation differences promptly.
- Maintain detail record of Treasury bills, investments, and any other treasury-related transactions.
- Prepare maturity schedules of treasury investments and prepare renewal or redemption recommendations.
- Analyse and Record price trends, interest rate developments, and investment opportunities.
- Prepare allocation and impact reporting obligations for thematic bond issuances.
- Prepare daily liquidity position reports and any required reports.
- Ensure the availability of sufficient funds to meet operational and regulatory requirements.
- Prepare daily, weekly, monthly, and quarterly reports
- Coordinate with commercial banks, NBE, ESX, and other stakeholders on treasury-related matters
- Maintain proper filing and documentation of treasury transactions, data, documents, and settlements, and provide explanations to both users regarding reports.
- Perform any other related duties assigned by the immediate supervisor.
Job Requirement
- Education: BA/MBA/MA Accounting & finance, Management, Business Administration, Economics & Any other related fields with any other related fields
- Experience: 3.5 years of experience in relevant fields, preferably in banking industry.

Position 3: Senior Treasury Officer
Essential Function
- Receive and verify treasury transactions documents and supporting evidence before processing
- Process Treasury bills, government bonds, and any other Treasury investment transactions in accordance with approved procedures.
- Execute and monitor RTGS (MT 103 and MT 202 )transactions and ensure the timely settlement of interbank transfers
- Process ECX settlement transactions and follow up on outstanding settlement items.
- Monitor inward and outward cheque clearing activities and ensure timely settlement.
- Can perform or monitor daily reconciliation of treasury accounts, ESX settlement, treasury investment,
- Investigate and resolve outstanding items and resolve outstanding reconciliation differences promptly.
- Maintain detail record of Treasury bills, investments, and any other treasury-related transactions.

Position 4: Manager, Capital Market and Investor Relations Division
Job Summary
Essential Function
- Develop and implement the Bank’s capital market strategy in line with corporate objectives.
- Identify funding opportunities through debt and equity markets.
- Preparing prospectus and other related documents for bond and capital issuance purposes.
- Lead the structuring and execution of bond issuance programs, including thematic bonds such as Gender Bonds.
- Monitor market trends, yield movements, and investor sentiment to support strategic decisions.
- Recommend innovative capital market instruments to diversify funding sources.
- ALM assessment (tenor/coupon vs. portfolio cash flows)
- Build and maintain strong relationships with institutional investors, regulators, and development finance institutions.
- Serve as the primary contact point for investor communications and inquiries.
- Organize investor meetings, roadshows, presentations, and market briefings.
- Prepare investor communication materials and investment presentations.
- Coordinate the structuring and implementation of Gender Bond frameworks.
- Define preliminary issuance parameters (use of proceeds, indicative size, tenor, currency)
- Market sounding / investor appetite testing.
- Ensure alignment with international sustainable finance principles and regulatory requirements.
- Liaise with external reviewers, impact verifiers, and development partners.
- Monitor allocation and impact reporting obligations for thematic bond issuances
- Analyze pricing trends, interest rate developments, and investment opportunities.
- Prepare reports and recommendations for senior management.
- Monitor division performance against approved KPIs and strategic objectives.
- Provide recommendations for operational improvement.
- Lead, mentor, and develop division staff.
- Perform any other duties as assigned by the Director, Treasury Dep’t
Job Requirement
